Creamy Mango Shake

Summer's done and here we are facing the rainy days... but this recipe reminds me of the hot summer breeze, laid back province life and the beach!

Tantei was nice enough to invite me at her house just to make this recipe.

Creamy Mango Shake 

Ingredients:

• Fresh mangoes (Green or ripe mango, it depends on you)
• Ice cubes

• Milk or Vanilla ice cream (If you want it to be super creamy, then you can put both.) 

You can also put sugar, if you want it to be sweeter. Tantei and I didn't put sugar because we think that the vanilla ice cream is already sweet enough.

Procedure:

1. Cut the mangoes into small pieces and put in in a blender.
2. Add the ice.
3. Pour in the milk or scoop some ice cream.
4. Blend at the lowest at first, then medium, then high.
5. Pour the finished mango shake in a serving glass.
   

These mangoes are from Tantei's backyard!

Thunderbird Resort

If you're looking for a Greek Style vacation place then perhaps you should check out Thunderbird Resorts. They have good accommodation, fantastic sceneries and a very relaxing ambiance. You'll really feel like you've been to Santorini! 

This is where Tantei and I usually hang out with our families whenever we want to unwind, since this place is just a few minutes away drive from our homes. LOL >:)

Check out the 'veranda' upstairs! It's the so-called Santorini Lounge where in you can watch the magnificent sunset and enjoy the cliff's view!

For dinner, we dined at Olives... a restaurant at the Santorini Lounge! This vegetable salad is really yummy, although I'm not a fan of vegetables! :D I'd rate it 8/10!

The Main dish! The beef is really tasty and also that melted cheese on top! For me, this is 9/10 :D

 These books are the latest ones that I'm reading! The story's based on actual Chinese history.

I'm starting to love DOODLES! My doodle notebook was given to me last Christmas by my friend (Rachel xD). Now, it's filled with song lyrics and random scribbles!
